UpShot Golf is operated by 2831283 Alberta Ltd. (“UpShot Golf”, “we”, “us”), #1100, 115 Water Street SE, Seton, Calgary, AB. This policy explains what personal information we collect through upshotgolf.ca, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Waitlist sign-ups: your email address, and the date and time you joined.
- Enquiries: if you email us (e.g. about events), we keep that email so we can reply.
- Technical data: our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
We do not sell your personal information.
Why we use it
- To tell you when online booking opens, and to send UpShot Golf news and offers you have agreed to receive.
- To answer your enquiries.
- To keep the website secure and working.
Consent and unsubscribing
We only email you if you give consent, for example by joining the waitlist. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write to us at info@upshotgolf.ca and we will remove you.
Where your information is kept
Waitlist sign-ups (your email address and the date you joined) are stored in our website’s own database on our web host’s servers, and a copy is sent to our inbox. We keep them until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Third-party services on this site
- Google Maps: the map on our homepage is loaded from Google. Google may collect data under its own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts: our typefaces are delivered by Google’s font service, which receives your IP address.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Contact info@upshotgolf.ca.
